At Island Fitness Gym in Enfield we offer a wide range of fitness and aerobics classes to suit all ages and abilities are held at various times here at. Please see our class timetables bellow to see what time your preferred exercise class is held.

Fitness Class Descriptions:
These are generic descriptions, class content may vary dependant upon the instructor.

Body Blast: A fun and challenging workout designed to help shape and tone those problem areas.
Boot Camp: A circuit based class with a tougher approach that will improve stamina, muscle endurance and physical performance.
BOXERCISE: Boxercise incorporates a number of boxing moves and techniques without the physical contact. It hits upper and lower body giving you a fun but intense total body workout.

Cardio Blitz with Abs: A high energy, high impact aerobic workout, effective at improving fitness and aiding weight loss by burning unwanted calories.

Extreme Abs / Ultimate Abs: Intense workout focusing on toning core strength with exercises that really hit the mark.

H.I.T Circuit: (high intensity training) – a combat circuit class, incorporating basic boxing and martial arts. the perfect cross-training tool for fat burning.

Power Pilates: Power Pilates concentrates on strengthening the core and stabilizing muscles improves posture, muscle tone, flexibility and will decrease back pain and other physical ailments.

Spinning/Spin: Spin is a low impact workout which is both fun and challenging. Enjoy climbing and racing down hill on fixed wheel stationary bikes. Burn calories and condition your body in this adrenalin filled class.

 Super-Pump: Super -  Pump is the fastest way to shape up & lose body fat. It is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody.

Yoga: Improves flexibility, strength and posture and relaxation and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Zumba: Inspired by traditional Cumbia, Salsa, Samba and Merengue music, it pair’s pulsating Latin rhythms with the red-hot international dance steps! A Fantastic way to spice up your Workout.

All Fitness Classes are included in your gym membership, however if you are not a member you may still join in. Classes cost just £5
