SPINNING

A fun and challenging workout. Enjoy climbing and racing down hill on fixed wheel stationary bikes to burn calories and condition your body.

 
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

Lower body-conditioning focusing on legs, bums and tums. Shaping and toning those problem areas.

 
BODY TONE

An aerobic and weight bearing workout that tones your body and burns those calories.

 
SPIN & ABS

A combination of Spinning and a mid section workout to tone and strengthen your abs.

 
AEROBICS

Hi/low impact moves to improve fitness and tone.

 
MAX STEP/STEP

Incorporate aerobic moves and routines to burn fat and tone up.




Body Pump is the fastest way to shape up & lose body fat. It is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for jus about everybody.




Body Combat is a non-contact, martial arts based fitness programme with moves drawn from karate, tae kwan doe, kung fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai & Tai Chi



YOGA

Control the body through breathing and posture techniques and benefit from strength and vitality, whilst feeling deeply relaxed.

 
CIRCUIT

Cardiovascular and muscular endurance stations. The perfect cross training tool for fat burning.



PILATES

Pilates concentrates on strengthening and stretching the core muscles of the body, to improve muscle tone, posture, physical balance and flexibility.

 
AB ATTACK

A mid section workout to tone and strengthen your abs.
