If you cannot join online, please visit the club reception and your initial payment can be taken over the counter.

Is there an administration fee?

For direct debit type memberships there is an administration fee to cover joining costs.

Will someone show me how to use the equipment?

A one to one induction with a qualified personal trainer and a
personal plan to follow whilst at the gym is included within the
joining price. Please call us or pop in to book a time convenient to
you. However, as you have completed a medical questionnaire when
joining an induction is not compulsory. You are more than welcome to
use the gym once you have joined.

Leaving the club and cancellation procedures

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership with immediate effect please contact us directly.
We do not offer refunds on unused membership therefore it is your responsibility to cancel your direct debit at the correct time of the month. Should you decide to join again in the future you will need to pay another administration cost .

What notice period do I need to give to leave?

After your 12 month contracted period is over, you are required to give at least 30 days notice for cancellation.
