Fitness Service For Everyone

Island Fitness is proud to offer a wide variety of fitness, nutrition and health related services to our growing membership. To see what services we offer click on the left under services to move through our vast range.

Introductory Personal Training

FREE to all new members, these sessions will set you up on a course to attain your aims & goals. Your basic needs & wants will be assessed and an Island Fitness Trainer will design you a basic fitness programme ideal for you.

Group Exercise

Island Fitness features a variety of classes per week, from step aerobics to spinning to yoga & pilates all included in your membership.
